近日日本东电发表报告称福岛核电站内部辐射量爆表，达到了每小时530西弗，人类数秒就会死亡。
China hopes the Japanese government will give a responsible explanation on how they will offset the impact of the Fukushima nuclear leakage, said Chinese Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Lu Kang on Monday in a regular conference.
本周一，中国外交部发言人陆慷在例行新闻发布会上表示说，中国希望日本政府就如何弥补福岛核泄漏的影响一事给出一个负责任的解释。
His response came after the Tokyo Electric Power Company Holdings Inc. said they had detected a record radiation level of up to 530 sieverts per hour after analysing video images taken inside the No. 2 reactor of the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear complex. The company further said that people will die in seconds when exposed to such high levels of radiation.
在此之前，日本东京电力公司曾表示称，中国直播网，在对福岛第一核电站2号反应堆内部视频图像进行分析之后，他们检测到了每小时530西弗的超高辐射量。该公司进一步表示称，如果人类暴露在如此高水平的辐射之下的话，中国直播网，几秒就会死亡。
“The Chinese side has been watching closely the repercussions of the Fukushima nuclear leakage accident and has been asking the Japanese government to properly handle the accident and follow-up matters in a timely fashion,” Lu said.
陆慷说道：“中方一直密切关注福岛核泄漏事故的影响，并一直要求日本政府及时妥善地处理事故和后续事项。”
Lu further added any responsible government will pay continuous and high attention to the impact of the nuclear leakage on the marine environment, food safety and people’s health. “This is their obligation to not only the Japanese people, but also people from the rest of the world, its neighbours included.”
陆慷后来又说，任何负责任的政府都会持续高度关注核泄漏对海洋环境、食品安全和人民健康的影响。“这不仅是他们对日本人民的义务，也是对包括日本邻国的其他国家人民的义务。”
The Chinese Foreign Ministry has issued relevant safety alert, and Chinese fellows are urged to make proper travel plans and take protective measures.
中国外交部已经发布了相关安全警示，敦促中国同胞制定正确的旅行计划，并采取保护措施。
